Kapag Tumibok Ang Puso (2006)

In this Filipino comedy, Marco (Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr.) is widowed after his wife, Sara (Precious Lara Quigaman), dies in a freak accident. Meanwhile, in the hospital, Marco’s evil neighbor Love (Ai-Ai de las Alas) is in dire need of a heart transplant.

Love receives Sara’s heart and starts to soften up. Before long, Marco falls for Love. The unlikely relationship continues to blossom, until a person from Love’s dark past resurfaces.
